Orders are dispatched within 1 working day following pharmacist approval of your prescription. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays, bank holidays, or adverse weather.

You are responsible for ensuring a valid delivery address is provided. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the medication has not been dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety requirements.

If you believe your order is incorrect or you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
